Women and financial independence is quite possible but will be more difficult than a man achieving financial independence. Financial independence indicates that there is no dependence on a paycheck and that basically you are your own boss. Women having the responsibility to raise families often have to put their financial independence on hold until the family unit is feasible for business endeavors.
